2. Payment and Prescription:
Upon approval, we’ll contact you to process the program fee of $340, covering a 1000mg/10mL NAD+ vial (17 SubQ injections). Once paid, we fill your personalized NAD+ prescription.
3. Fulfillment and Delivery:
Your NAD+ is prepared and delivered to our clinic within 6-10 business days. The vial requires refrigeration, and Beyond Use Dates (BUD) typically range from 30-90 days from manufacture. You’ll provide written acknowledgment that the BUD may be shorter than the treatment duration.
4. Initial Appointment:
When your NAD+ arrives, our Wellness Nurse (RN or NP) schedules your in-clinic visit. They’ll administer your first injection, teach you self-injection techniques, explain the titration schedule, and provide your NAD+ vial, SubQ syringes, travel case, and injection guide.
